We accept returns within 30 days of shipment.

If a mistake was made on our end, we will give you a full refund, including shipping charges. To be accepted, returned merchandise must be unopened and in sellable condition.

If there is damage to the product, or it is missing parts, we will pay for the shipping to return the item to us and we will send the replacement, or will send the missing parts to you.

If there was no mistake and you still wish to return the order, we will refund the cost of the order minus all shipping charges as long as the items are unopened and in sellable condition.

Please contact us by support ticket before shipping the item back so that we may authorize the refund process. No refunds will be accepted without this authorization.
